About your café

So members can find you and we can place your pin on the map.

A photo of your café — shown at the top of your café page in the app. We auto-crop it to fit, so any bright wide shot of your storefront or counter works.
Where people order from you. Shown as an “Order here” button on your café page.
We use this to place your pin on the map.

Opening hours — set your weekly hours; tick Closed for days you're shut. If you close between service windows, press + to add a second slot for that day. Shown on your café page in the app.

Your matcha menu

One entry per matcha drink. Grade is the matcha quality and Traditional? is the style (just matcha + water, or a latte/flavoured drink). Origin, ingredients and price are optional but help your drinks shine in the app.

What do Grade & Traditional mean?

Grade — the matcha quality (optional)

Ceremonial
Shade-grown 30+ days, stone-ground — top tier.
Premium
Vibrant, balanced everyday matcha.

Traditional — the style

Traditional
Just matcha + water (or ice) — a whisked bowl, usucha or koicha.
Non-traditional
Anything with milk, fruit or syrup — lattes, iced drinks, flavoured specials.

Ingredients are comma-separated, in order (e.g. matcha, milk, strawberry). Origin (country + region) and price are required for every drink; grade and a photo are optional.
